SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Foster Swift litigators Adam A. Fadly and Ray H. Littleton have been selected by their peers as Fellows of the Michigan State Bar Foundation (MSBF).

Established in 1984, the Fellows program was created to recognize distinguished Michigan lawyers for their professional excellence and service to the community, while also supporting the Foundation in providing leadership and grants for improvements in the administration of justice and the delivery of civil legal aid to the underserved and underprivileged communities.

Both attorneys practice from the firm’s Southfield office. Fadly specializes in general and commercial litigation with a focus on complex insurance coverage issues, including first and third party no-fault claims, uninsured/under-insured motorist claims, asbestos claims, and medical malpractice defense.

Littleton’s practice  consists of commercial and general litigation and health care law. He helps businesses and organizations address a wide range of litigation matters and disputes, specializing in four key areas: insurance, health care, transportation, and warranty claims.
