  • Paralegal – The law firm of Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith has position in its Grand Rapids office for a full-time Paralegal with experience in litigation and trial preparation. The preferred candidate will have 3+ years of law office experience and a Paralegal degree, as well as excellent organization, communication and technical skills. Expertise in litigation document management is a plus. A strong work ethic combined with the ability to work independently is also required. Reliability, attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.

  • Legal Assistant – Foster Swift is a growing Michigan-wide law firm with an immediate opening at our Grand Rapids location for a full-time Legal Assistant with experience in a variety of practice areas. Qualified candidates will have:
    • Minimum of three years of law office experience.
    • A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team and independently.
    • Clear and effective communication skills, both orally and written.
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
    • Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills
    • Ability to successfully manage tasks with conflicting deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced law firm environment.
    • Ability to effectively and professionally interact with clients, attorneys and staff.
