Overview
Brandy has more than a decade of experience with collections and creditor rights matters. She is known for her creative strategies and expert knowledge of research tools which enable her to be particularly effective in locating debtors assets. She does a significant volume of collections in the medical, banking, and agri-business fields as well as collections of deficiency balances for residential and commercial foreclosures. In the last two years (2012 and 2013) Brandy has collected over $1.5 million dollars for clients.
Key to her success is her commitment to continuing education in the areas of Fair Debt Collection Practices (FDCPA), Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Brandy is also very involved with NALS of Lansing.
