Leading Southwest Michigan Law Firm DeFrancesco, Dienes & Smith, PLLC to Join Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC

ST. JOSEPH - DeFrancesco, Dienes & Smith, PLLC will join Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC effective Feb. 1. The affiliation provides new, local access to the combined expertise of nearly 100 attorneys who are uniquely positioned to handle complex legal issues across Allegan, Berrien, Cass and Van Buren Counties.  

Attorneys Frank DeFrancesco, Scott Dienes and Stephen Smith will continue to serve clients from their existing St. Joseph office, located at 728 Pleasant St. The location also will serve as Foster Swift’s newest satellite office in its expanding statewide footprint.

Founded in 1902, Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC, is a full-service law firm with 95 attorneys and offices in Lansing, Detroit, Farmington Hills, Grand Rapids, Holland and now, St. Joseph.

Dienes will join the firm's Administrative and Municipal practice group, while both DeFrancesco and Smith will be a part of Foster Swift's Finance, Banking and Bankruptcy practice group.
