Mashni Named SBM ACES Chair

LANSING, Mich. –Foster Swift business attorney, John W. Mashni, has been elected as Chair of the State Bar of Michigan’s (SBM) Arts, Communications, Entertainment & Sports (ACES) Section for 2019-2020.

The SBM ACES Section provides education, information and analysis about legal issues of concern in the fields of arts, communications, entertainment and sports through meetings, seminars, SBM’s website, newsletter publications and public service programs.

Mashni practices in the areas of business, tax, and intellectual property, and has a strong focus in the areas of nonprofits, cybersecurity, technology, and entertainment.
