WEBINAR | New Developments in Health Care Reform

This webinar discussed the status of the legal challenges to the law, including the recent arguments before the Supreme Court and the four specific issues heard by the Court.  It also covered the new regulations issued regarding the reform law's Summary of Benefits and Coverage document, including how to create the document and how to distribute it.  Finally, it addressed new guidance regarding the requirement to include the value of employer-sponsored health coverage on an employee's Form W-2.  The webinar discussed what employers are required to comply with this reporting requirement and the types of health coverage that must be reported on the Form W-2.
