Foster Swift Elects Dana Bennett as Shareholder

LANSING, Mich.— Michigan law firm Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C. is delighted to reveal Dana Bennett as their most recently elected shareholder. Bennett practices from the firm's Lansing and Farmington Hills locations.

Following her undergraduate education at Saint Mary's College where she received her BA in 1999, summa cum laude, Bennett earned her juris doctorate in 2003 from Wayne State University Law School, where she received top honors for her advocacy skills.

Bennett joined Foster Swift in 2003, where she concentrates in insurance defense, litigation, medical malpractice defense and workers' compensation. She is admitted to practice law in Michigan as well as in the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Additionally, Bennett is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and American Inns of Court. She also serves as Treasurer for the Women Lawyer's Association of Mid-Michigan.
