Foster Swift litigation attorney, Thomas R. Meagher, has been inducted as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). Tom is also a fellow of the State of Michigan Bar Foundation, the Michigan Supreme Court Advocates Guild and the Michigan Supreme Court Historical Society.
The Fellows of the ABF are a global, honorary society made up of lawyers, judges and legal faculty whose careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of society. Membership to the Fellows is limited to one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.
Tom practices out of the firm’s Lansing office and brings more than 30 years’ experience to the areas of employment and civil rights litigation, commercial litigation and appellate law.
