Patricia J. Scott Announced as Foster Swift's Newest Associate

LANSING, Mich.— Michigan law firm Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C. is pleased to welcome new associate Patricia J. Scott to the Lansing location.  She will practice in the in the Banking, Finance & Real Estate group.

Scott, a West Branch, MI, native completed her undergraduate education at Saginaw Valley State University, summa cum laude, in 2006. She graduated 2^nd in her class from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she earned her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, in 2009.

Scott is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Ingham County Bar Association (Young Lawyers Section) and the American Bankruptcy Institute. At Foster Swift, she focuses in the areas of bankruptcy, banking, finance, real estate and commercial litigation.
