Frank Mamat Appointed to Michigan Professional Ethics Committee of State Bar

Lansing, Mich. - Foster Swift Attorney, Frank Mamat, of the Farmington Hills office, has been appointed membership to the State Bar of Michigan Professional Ethics Committee.  The term will begin on September 20th.  Membership to this committee is a reflection of Mamat’s great reputation within the legal community of the State of Michigan

Frank Mamat is one of the nation’s preeminent labor law attorneys, and focuses his practice on complex labor issues, with a special focus on union matters, contract negotiations, unfair labor practice litigation, National Labor Relations Board practice, organizing attempts by unions, mass picketing and violence, secondary boycotts and pressure, and Federal and State OSHA matters.  Frank is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Michigan Super Lawyers, dBusiness magazine's Top Lawyers in Metro Detroit, The American Lawyer Top Lawyers, Crain's Detroit Business Best Lawyers, and The American Registry's Top Lawyers in Michigan.  Mamat completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Rochester and received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
