David M. Lick Elected President of the Ingham County Bar Association

LANSING, Mich. - David M. Lick of Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C. is the newly elected President of the Ingham County Bar Association. The State’s legislature, its regulators, and many trade and industry associations call Lansing and surrounding Ingham County their home. Ingham County is also where the Michigan Court of Claims is located for all cases seeking money damages against the State of Michigan.

Mr. Lick has been the Chair of the Bench Bar Committee of the Ingham County Bar Association for many years. He is a commercial litigator with emphasis on construction law matters, and on developing public-private partnerships and infrastructure finance. He has been recognized in Woodward and White’s Best Lawyers in America and as one of Michigan’s Super Lawyers. Mr. Lick attended Michigan State University, where he obtained an undergraduate degree in accounting. He earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
