Badri Yono Jr.

Badri Yono Jr. is an attorney with Foster Swift’s Business & Tax practice group, where he focuses his practice on business and corporate law, health care, and estate planning.

Badri advises businesses and business owners on entity formation, corporate governance, commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, ownership transitions, and business succession planning. His health care practice includes assisting providers and organizations with transactional, contractual, and regulatory matters.

Badri also works with individuals and families on estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, wealth-transfer planning, and probate and trust administration. His experience in both business and estate planning allows him to help business owners coordinate their personal estate plans with the long-term succession of their businesses.

Badri earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and his undergraduate degree cum laude from Oakland University.
