Brandy LeConte brings more than 20 years' experience in debt collections and creditor rights matters to Foster Swift's Finance practice where she has been a paralegal with the firm since (2009). Known for her resourcefulness and creative strategic approach, Brandy has helped clients recover millions in delinquent payments across multiple industries including medical, banking, and agri-business. Her ability to locate debtor assets and efficiently negotiate settlements, makes her invaluable asset for clients navigating complex collection matters.

Highly knowledgeable in the areas of the Fair Debt Collection Practices (FDCPA), Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Brandy’s work spans preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery, managing legal calendars, and assisting attorneys with trial preparation.

Brandy's commitment to ethical practices and continuing education ensures clients receive compliant and effective representation. She also actively contributes to the legal community through her involvement with the NALS of Lansing, where she has served in leadership roles and earned recognition as the Legal Professional of the Year.
