Overview

Allison N. Shudark is an associate with the Litigation practice group in Lansing where she assists with business & commercial litigation, insurance defense law and no-fault. She got her start at Foster Swift in the firm's Summer Associate program in 2024.

Prior to Foster Swift, she interned in both the Saginaw County Prosecutor's office and the Michigan Department of Attorney General's Criminal Trials and Appeals Division.

Allison attended Michigan State University, graduating with high honors and received her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from Michigan State University’s College of Law. While she attended law school, she participated in the Trial Practice Institute where she received a hands-on training on how to present two full cases: one civil and one criminal to a mock jury. She was also the Managing Editor for the Michigan State Law Review, a student-run legal journal dedicated to advancing legal scholarship.
