Attorney Emeritus*

Robert joined the firm in 1972. He specialized in representing an array of individuals and institutions within the area of real estate law. He was an instructor of real estate law for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and an Adjunct Professor of Mortgages and Land Contracts at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Listed in Best Lawyers in America, Bob also authored, "Michigan Land Contract Practice."

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Bob received both his undergraduate degree and his juris doctorate from the University of Michigan.

Admitted to the Michigan Bar, Bob was a member of the American Bar Association. He is still a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is a former Council Member and Chair of the Legislation Committee of the Real Property Law Section, as well as a former member of the Land Title Standards Committee.
