Overview

Samantha Diamond is an associate with Foster Swift's Workers' Compensation Defense group, practicing in the firm's Lansing and Southfield offices. Her practice focuses on representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in WC matters across Michigan.

Samantha received her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Michigan State University's College of Law where she was also the Managing Editor for the Michigan State Law Review, the flagship journal of the college since 1931. This position provided her the opportunity to advance her critical thinking, project management and leadership skills.

When not practicing law, Samantha enjoys spin classes, reality TV and watching Detroit sports.
