Overview
Bryan Cermak is a Senior Attorney with Foster Swift's litigation practice group in the firm's Southfield office. As a trial lawyer, Bryan understands the nuances and personal needs of his clients and knows his way around a courtroom. Having served as the General Counsel for an international, publicly-traded company for more than 20 years, Bryan is also acutely aware of the day-to-day business and legal needs of corporations and has always been committed to serving his corporate clients as a comprehensive business adviser.
Bryan not only provides sound legal advice but also counsels his clients on risk management. Notable former positions include Midwest Trial Counsel for Harley Davidson Corporation and National Trial Counsel for the Herr Voss Corporation. Bryan has always assisted individuals and companies who consistently thank him for his personal attention and commitment to their cases.
In his more than 40 years of practicing law in both Michigan and Ohio, Bryan assists individuals and organizations with their personal legal needs including small companies attempting to grow their business; as well as mid to large corporations with complex legal matters.
Bryan has handled cases across the country. He is committed, compassionate, and caring. His focus is and always has been obtaining the best result for his clients. Bryan's legal expertise ranges from the boardroom to the courtroom. His appellate court experience includes the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit as well as the Michigan Court of Appeals.
Over the years, Bryan has been a community leader and has served on countless boards and associations, which has given him a wealth of practical experience.
