Ann Stevens is a paralegal in the Lansing office of Foster Swift. As a member of the Business & Tax practice group, she focuses on matters involving multi-family housing development and commercial real estate; specializing in HUD and Fannie Mae closings, title and survey review, opinions, and organizational documents related to limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations.

Ann has four decades experience in the legal industry, having spent seven years as a Legal Assistant and 33 years as a paralegal in the areas of litigation, corporate law and real estate. 

Ann attended Central Michigan University after which she received an Associates from the Paralegal program at Lansing Community College.
