Overview

Marcy Hahn offers a unique blend of business law and family law experience, bringing more than 20 years of expertise as corporate counsel, negotiator, and mediator. As a former Fortune 10 lead counsel, she advises businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, and individuals on matters ranging from corporate governance and compliance to divorce, custody, and other family law issues.

Marcy previously served as Lead Counsel for the Ford Motor Company's smart mobility business where she developed strategic priorities and compliance programs to new acquisitions and start-ups. Her background in complex negotiations and the collaborative divorce process helps clients achieve practical, cost-effective solutions while avoiding unnecessary litigation. Marcy has extensive global legal experience, including mediating multi-million-dollar disputes, developing compliance programs, and managing significant legal matters throughout the United States, South America, and Europe.

Combining strategic insight with a compassionate approach, Marcy tailors her counsel to the unique needs of each client. Understanding that there is no "one-size-fits-all" way to solve problems, she provides fractional General Counsel to start-ups and midsize businesses, helping leadership teams and boards identify legal issues, support growth, and make informed decisions.

Marcy received her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. Following law school, she served as a federal law clerk in Detroit before litigating commercial disputes and white-collar criminal matters in private practice.
