Overview

Jonathon "Jon" Austin is a paralegal with the Litigation practice group of Foster Swift. Based in Lansing, Jon assists attorneys in commercial litigation and a variety of family law legal matters including those involving divorce, custody, parenting time and post-divorce litigation.

He also assists with matters in trusts & estates including estate planning involving guardianships, and conservatorships, adoption matters, estate and trust administration and estate and trust litigation.

Jon brings to Foster Swift more than 8 years' experience working as a legal assistant for two previous Lansing-based firms.
