Foster Swift Selects Hogan as Finance Practice Leader

Scott HoganGRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Scott Hogan has been named the practice group leader for the firm’s Finance, Real Estate & Bankruptcy practice group. Hogan practices out of the firm’s Grand Rapids office and focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, municipal and library law, business law, receiverships and bankruptcy law.

The Finance, Real Estate & Bankruptcy practice group counsels a wide variety of organizations including financial institutions, businesses, insurance companies and individuals on a number of related issues including:

  • Financial and real estate transactions
  • Counsel and guidance to financial institutions on regulatory compliance issues
  • Bankruptcy, workouts and receiverships
