Three FS Attorneys Named to the Michigan State Bar Foundation 2026 Class of Fellows
Lansing, Mich. – Foster Swift Collins & Smith PC shareholders: Jacquelyn A. Dupler, Stefania Gismondi and Alexander S. Rusek, have been selected as 2026 Fellows of the Michigan State Bar Foundation. Established in 1984, the Fellows Program recognizes Michigan attorneys for their professional excellence and service to the community. The Fellows are leaders who embody the highest traditions of the legal profession and are committed to advancing access to justice throughout the state.
Based in Lansing, Jackie is a family law attorney serving clients across mid-Michigan. She specializes in a wide range of family law matters, from straightforward divorce cases to family situations with more complicated circumstances.
Stefania is a member of the General Litigation Practice Group in Foster Swift's Southfield office. Her practice includes defense and representation for businesses and individuals in insurance coverage disputes, managing and resolving first and third-party no-fault automobile claims and insurance and liability issues and trends regarding autonomous vehicles.
Alex practices in Lansing, where he focuses on complex litigation, criminal law, and government relations. He has represented businesses, non-profit organizations, professionals, and individuals, notably representing more than 100 survivors of sexual assault in complex civil litigation and a defendant in the civil and criminal litigations related to the Flint water crisis.
The Fellows Program supports the Michigan State Bar Foundation’s mission to improve the administration of justice and expand the delivery of civil legal services to vulnerable populations in Michigan. Each year, a select group of attorneys and judges are invited to join the Fellows Program following a peer nomination and selection process. There are more than 1,500 active Fellows statewide.
The Michigan State Bar Foundation was established in 1947.
