Millenbach Appointed Detroit Bar Association Secretary/Treasurer

Paul MillenbachSOUTHFIELD, Mich. – On Thursday, August 13, Foster Swift litigation attorney Paul J. Millenbach was named Secretary/Treasurer of the Detroit Bar Association (DBA) for 2020-2021.

Founded in 1836, the DBA is the oldest bar association in Michigan and one of the three oldest in the country. The DBA’s mission is to serve Detroit’s legal community through networking, practice development, community service and by supporting the ethical and successful practice of law and the fair administration of justice.

Having served on the board since 2011, Paul practices from Foster Swift’s Southfield office as co-leader of the firm’s General Litigation Practice Group. Paul has extensive experience in Michigan no-fault litigation, including medical provider reimbursement as well as first and third party defense, transportation and logistics law and mass tort defense.

Committed to keeping individuals and organizations abreast of changes in the law, Paul frequently provides updates via e-blast or virtual seminars to a variety of groups, including transportation industry leaders, health care financial officers and insurance companies.
