Senior Attorney Litigator Joins Foster Swift in Southfield
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC welcomes senior attorney Jennifer L. Montasir to the firm’s Southfield office. As a member of the litigation group, Jennifer focuses on First and Third-Party Automobile Accidents, Defamation, General Business Matters including Breach of Contract and Tortious Interference, Domestic Relations, Mold Issues, Assault and Battery, Medical Malpractice and Post-Judgment Collection Matters.
Born and raised in Michigan, Jennifer has spent her career in many different areas of law practice ranging from personal injury, family law, general business litigation, and attorney malpractice law.
One of Jennifer’s current interests is representing individuals in defamation cases where others have issued false and harmful information on social media and other communication outlets.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School, prior to that she earned her B.S. in Psychology from Wayne State University.
