Foster Swift Elects EC Officers for 2026
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC announced its Executive Committee officers for 2026. The Executive Committee elected the following officers of the firm at its first meeting of the year:

Warren H. Krueger — Vice President, Lansing |

Ray H. Littleton — Vice President, Southfield |
Nicholas M. Oertel — Treasurer |
Andrew, previously Vice President of the Grand Rapids office, is now President. He also previously served as the Commercial Litigation Practice Group leader.
This year’s election welcomes Laura as a new member of the Executive Committee. She will serve as Vice President of the Grand Rapids office and currently oversees the firm’s Mentoring Committee as well as serving on the Recruiting Committee.
Anna Gibson, Warren Krueger, Ray Littleton and Nicholas Oertel will continue their respective Executive Committee roles and responsibilities.
