Firm Continues to See Steady Growth Entering 2022

LANSING, Mich. —Foster Swift Collins & Smith continues to see steady, significant growth with two experienced attorney hires in January after adding four attorneys in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Ben DilleyAttorneys Benjamin C. Dilley and Daniel S. Zick are joining the firm’s litigation practice group. Dilley will practice from Foster Swift’s Grand Rapids office, focusing his practice in civil litigation, as well as commercial, employment and energy law.

Dan ZickZick will be based in the firm’s Lansing office. His practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation, as well as commercial, municipal, and insurance defense litigation.

These two hires mark additional growth for Foster Swift. In November 2021, the firm hired three associates that had been part of the firm’s summer associate program and welcomed back Scott Forbush, a former Foster Swift attorney that had served as counsel for Jackson Insurance for the past 15-plus years.
