Dilley Listed as a “Band 1” Mediator in Chambers USA Guide

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC shareholder, Frederick “Fred” D. Dilley, is listed as a “Band 1” attorney in the Litigation: Mediators category by Chambers & Partners in its 2026 USA Guide. This distinction places him among only five attorneys in the state of Michigan to earn this honor.
