Birach Voted into SBM Section

Alicia BirachSOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Foster Swift Workers’ Compensation attorney, Alicia W. Birach, was voted into the State Bar of Michigan’s (SBM) Workers’ Compensation Law Section unanimously by the section’s plaintiff and defense leaders.

The SBM Workers' Compensation Law Section provides education, information and analysis about issues of concern through meetings, seminars, the State Bar’s site, and public service programs.

Alicia practices out of the firm's Southfield and Lansing offices and has extensive experience representing insurance carriers, third party administrators and employers against workers' compensation claims. She is also experienced in counseling employers on labor and employment issues.

In addition to her practice, Alicia  writes content for the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Defense Blog (miworkcompdefenseblog.com) which helps keep readers abreast of the ever-evolving legislative changes and developing case law regarding Workers' Compensation matters.
