Trauma-Informed Lawyering

Attorneys often guide clients through some of life’s most difficult moments. On May 27, 2026, Foster Swift shareholder Alexander S. Rusek co-presented the Ohio State Bar Association’s “Trauma-Informed Lawyering - Quick Webcast” program.

This hour-long webinar explored research-backed principles that help attorneys recognize trauma and how to create environments that prioritize client well-being. It also provided a forum for the approximately 250 attendees to ask questions of the panel about their trauma-informed experiences across numerous areas of the law.
