Overview

Terri Bolyard is a member of the Business and Tax Practice Group. She provides assistance with a wide variety of business matters, including entity selection and organizational planning, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit formations, tax exempt applications, loan transactions and real estate transactions. Terri's paralegal experience includes more than 15 years of special focus in the employee benefits area. Her employee benefits experience brings a unique perspective to the business and tax practice area and an eye for detail with complex benefit issues that often arise during corporate transactions.

Terri believes that education is key to paralegal success. She graduated summa cum laude from Davenport University, majoring in business management and actively expands her education through attending a variety of continuing legal education programs. Additionally, Terri currently serves as treasurer of the Great Lakes Paralegal Association, the primary focus of which is the advancement of paralegal education.
