Overview

As a paralegal in the firm's Grand Rapids office, Juan Negrete brings a wealth of experience to the Finance, Real Estate & Bankruptcy practice group, having spent the past decade-plus serving in the legal industry in multiple capacities including administrative assistant, office manager and clerk. In his current role, Juan's duties include legal and general research and drafting documents in the areas that include:

  • Financial and Real Estate transactions
  • Land division and zoning issues
  • Collections
  • Lender and borrower loan transactions

Juan served in the United States Marine Corps for four years as a personnel clerk and was deployed to Iraq for 9 months. He has traveled to 16 countries and 28 states. Juan received his B.A. in Criminal Justice in from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) in 2014.
