Overview

Emma Benoit is a certified paralegal with the litigation practice group of Foster Swift. Based in the firm's Grand Rapids office, Emma has hands-on experience with criminal defense and workers' compensation litigation.

Emma's experience prior to Foster Swift includes an internship at a County Public Defender's Office. This provided Emma with the tools necessary for a Workers' Compensation Paralegal position with a Grand Rapids-based law firm. There, Emma was responsible for reviewing, analyzing and summarizing medical records and other materials. 

Emma received a B.S./Paralegal Certification from Grand Valley State University in 2022, majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Legal Studies.
