My Employee Did What in Off Hours

Under the Obama administration, employee activity off-hours was generally considered protected activity by the NLRB and other agencies.  With the Trump administration, that viewpoint has changed.   This session will review how this administration views employee off-hours activity and what actions employers can take when negative situations arise.  Participants will learn strategies to investigate or corroborate actions taken by employees that detrimentally impact the employment relationship.
