Foster Swift litigation attorney Joshua K. Richardson, was named President of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC) on July 1. Richardson served as the organization’s Vice President in 2017.

The MDTC is an association of top lawyers in the state who are dedicated to the excellent representation of companies and individuals in civil litigation.
