Charles Janssen Elected Vice Chair of Michigan State University College of Law Board of Trustees

LANSING - The Michigan State University College of Law has recently elected attorney Charles Janssen as vice chair of the board of trustees.

Charles Janssen is a shareholder at Foster Swift Collins & Smith P.C.'s Lansing office. His legal practice covers the entire spectrum of estate planning including wills, trusts, wealth management, family business planning and trust administration. He graduated from the Michigan State University Honors College in 1976 and the University of Michigan Law School in 1979.

Charles Janssen is a former chairperson of the Ingham County Bar Probate and Estate Planning section as well as the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce. He was named the Best Lawyers in America® 2016 Trusts and Estates "Lawyer of the Year", as well as the 2015 Elder Law "Lawyer of the Year" in Lansing. Charles has also been listed in Michigan Super Lawyers in the Estate Planning & Probate practice area since 2005.
