Attorney Adam A. Fadly Joins Foster Swift

Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC, is pleased to announce the arrival of Adam A. Fadly.  He joins the firm as an associate in the firm's Farmington Hills office in the General Litigation Practice Group.  His practice focuses on no-fault litigation, medical malpractice defense, and general civil litigation. 

Before joining Foster Swift, Fadly was an associate at a civil litigation firm in Livonia, Michigan.  He represented hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice actions, general liability claims, negligent credentialing claims, and health care regulatory matters.  He also represented clients in commercial litigation, product liability defense, and insurance coverage disputes.

Fadly earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University in 2006.  He graduated cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in May 2009.  While at MSU, he was a captain of the College of Law Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Board and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law.  Fadly also completed a judicial externship with Justice Elizabeth A. Weaver of the Michigan Supreme Court.
