E-Health

Foster Swift attorneys regularly counsel institutional and start-up organization on a wide range of e-health issues.  We provide guidance on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) including privacy and security standards, training and compliance programs as well as the HI TECH Act of 2009.
