Theresa A. Solberg
Theresa Solberg is a paralegal for the General Litigation Practice Group. She is based in the Lansing office where she works primarily on personal injury defense, no-fault defense and employment-related litigation. Theresa joined the firm in 1978 and is well-respected for her medical record analysis know-how and her investigative savvy during the discovery process. Her findings have been instrumental in obtaining no-cause results at jury trials as well as positively impacting settlement negotiations on behalf of Foster Swift clients.
Theresa works on the principle that each case is unique and she strives to implement research and analysis strategies that are effective, yet economical to contribute to positive outcomes for the firm's clients.
