Terri L. Bolyard

Terri L. Bolyard has over 20 years of experience working in the legal field, with 14 years of special focus in the employee benefits area. Ms. Bolyard earned her associate's degree in business management, summa cum laude, from Davenport University. She specializes in employee benefits as a member of the firm's Employment, Labor and Benefits Practice Group. Ms. Bolyard is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and of the Legal Assistants Section of the Ingham County Bar Association.

Representative Matters

• Oversee compliance issues involving large, complex retirement plans for firm clients.
• Organize and document large, complex mergers of qualified retirement plans, including obtaining IRS approval of those mergers.
• Assist in the preparation of complex Form 990 filings for certain tax-exempt organizations.
