Jaxine L. Wintjen, CP
Jaxine L. Wintjen is a certified paralegal (CP) with 30 years of experience with the the Labor, Employment and Benefits Practice Group in the Lansing office of Foster Swift. She works extensively in the employee benefits area. Jaxine is very technology savvy and finds the online resources and software tools she uses are constantly improving the level of service she can provide.
Jaxine is a member and past chair of the Paralegal/Legal Assistants Section of the State Bar of Michigan and in 1996 received the Section's Mentor Award. She is also a member of the Employee Benefits Committee of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of Michigan and a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants. In addition, Ms. Wintjen has written articles for the Michigan Tax Lawyer and Facts and Findings.
