Carol A. Palomaki

Paralegal

Carol Palomaki has been employed by Foster Swift for more than 25 years and has been a paralegal for the past three years.  Originally, she worked with the General Litigation Practice Group.  Today, she has transitioned almost entirely to working with the Workers' Compensation Practice Group.

Carol has tremendous knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Her excellent research and analytical skills are the foundation of her ability to prepare effective summaries of voluminous medical documents and records, which are then used to defend clients against workers' compensations claims.

Committed to the legal professional, Carol has been very active in NALS (The Association for Legal Professionals) including holding the positions of Treasurer and Chairman of Budget and Finance Committees.
