Archana joined the firm in 2011 as a member of the Workers' Compensation Practice Group. She has substantial experience preparing and litigating appellate, insurance defense and workers' compensation cases. Her experience also includes counseling/advising employers on human resource issues and risk management. Additionally, she has worked extensively with human resource and risk management teams to address current litigation needs and mitigate future liability with proactive work place policies, as well as advising municipalities on exposure and proactive policy modifications.
In addition, Archana was previously an adjunct professor at Michigan State University's School of Criminal Justice.
She received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University.
