Placing a library millage proposal on the ballot can be an exciting but stressful time for a library. This session focused on the authority of a library to place a library millage on the ballot, the legal requirements for the ballot language and the legal aspects of running a millage campaign.

This Library millage session was the first of many sessions that Foster Swift will present in conjunction with the Cooperative Directors Association throughout the year.
