Attorney Michael Blum provided a two-hour presentation on Social Networking and Human Resources Hot Topics for the 2017 Michigan Municipal Treasurers Association (MMTA) Basic Institute.
This educational training, which was held at the Comfort Inn and Conference Center in Mt. Pleasant from April 23-28, welcomed nearly 125 treasury professionals from municipalities across Michigan.
