New Shareholders Announced

The law firm of Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C. is pleased to announce that Benjamin J. Price and Ronald D. Richards, Jr., have become shareholders.

Benjamin J. Price is a member of the Banking, Finance and Real Estate Practice Group in Lansing where he practices primarily in the areas of Real Estate and Real Estate Development. Ben received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Ohio State University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

Ronald D. Richards Jr. since joining the firm’s Administrative and Municipal Practice Group, Mr. Richards has focused his practice primarily on municipal law, government relations, telecommunications and administrative law. Before joining Foster Swift, Richards practiced in Bloomfield Hills, served as Judicial Clerk to Justice Marilyn Kelly of the Michigan Supreme Court, and was a Research Attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals Pre-Hearing Division. Ron received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia, and received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
