Obtained dismissal of product liability case involving alleged material failure. Dismissal was based on a successful request to exclude the testimony of plaintiff's expert, based on Plaintiff's expert's lack of qualifications and the inadequacy of scientific support for Plaintiff's expert's testimony. Plaintiff's expert's qualifications included the following: PH.D in Materials Science and Engineering; P.E in Metallurgical Engineering; M.S. in Chemistry; B.S. in Chemistry.
