Planned and Formed an Entity Owned by a Group of Financial Institutions

Planned and formed an entity owned by a group of credit unions to provide commercial lending for real estate developments and other purposes.  Drafted master participation loan documentation (revised 2009-2010).  Also draft loan documentation to borrowers (still done on an ongoing basis).
