Successfully Managed a Series of Mergers for a Bank Holding Company

Assisted a bank holding company with a series of mergers of other community bank holding companies and their subsidiary banks and operating subsidiaries. This resulted in the BHC exceeding $1 Billion in assets.  Dealt with the federal and state bank regulatory agencies (Federal Reserve Board, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., MI Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation).
