Dealing with Credit Unions 1990-2000

Planned and formed an entity owned by more than 20 credit unions to obtain an equity interest in and provide multi-million dollar financing for a national financial processing company that supplied hardware/software/accounting services to credit unions across the U.S. and Canada. Also represented the credit unions on the board of directors of the national company. Extensive involvement and dealings with the National Credit Union Administration and the MI Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation.
