Settled Dispute Against Familial Estate/Trustee

Represented the client in a dispute against familial estate/trustee regarding disproportionate allocations of probate distributions in a probate litigation in Oakland County Circuit Court.  The matter was settled during trial, and nearly identical terms to those requested in the original Petition were negotiated.
